for the price these are really good-kept my ears and head warm but could hear around my position--bought some for my buddies to use-good peice of equipment for the winter
I sat in my tree stand all day this fall with my wool cap because it was so cold but had the units on my girlfriend gave me and I could really hear everything around me real good. I think these are a real good value. my only complaint as that I heard everything-even the wind blowing-but other than that, can't beat then at this good price. I did get my first buck too!

I am an upland bird dog trainer and hunter. From many years of shooting, my hearing has been affected.
